ORDINANCE ALLOWING TRAVEL AGENTS
IN C-4 AND M-1 ZONES
"(t) Travel agents;"
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
7th day of October , 1991, and adopted thereafter at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
October , 1991, by the following vote:
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.41.020
(g),
permitting travel
agents
in the waterfront commercial
(C-4) zone, is hereby added
to the
Burlingame Municipal Code to
read as
follows:
"(g) Travel agents;"
Section 2. Section 25.43.020(t),
permitting travel
agents
in the light industrial (M-1)
zone,
is hereby added to
said code to read as follows:
"(t) Travel agents;"
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
