ORDINANCE No. 1449
ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING OF
COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON PARKING LOT "H"
DURING CERTAIN HOURS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of Section 13.36.065 of the
Burlingame Municipal Code, prohibiting parking of commercial
vehicles on certain streets and properties, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"(a) No person shall park or leave standing on parking lot
"H" between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., or at any time
on any street or private property in a residential district, a
tow truck, a dump truck or a commercial vehicle having a
manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of ten thousand
pounds or more."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of January 1992, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 22nd day of
