ORDINANCE No. 1454
ORDINANCE AMENDING PROCEDURES CONCERNING
TOWING VEHICLE FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 13.44.020 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"13.44.020 Removal of illegally parked vehicles.
The owner or person in control of any public or private
property upon which a vehicle has been parked or left
standing may remove or cause the removal of such vehicle
pursuant to the provisions of Sections 22658 or 22658.2 of
the Vehicle Code."
Section 2. Section 13.44,030 of said code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3_ This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
