ORDINANCE No. 1468
ORDINANCE PROHIBITING NEWSRACKS NEAR
HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 12.23.090 (n) of the
Burlingame Municipal Code is hereby added to read as
follows:
"(n) Adjacent to or
in such place
or manner as
to
obstruct or interfere with
access to or
the use of,
a
handicapped parking space,
handicapped
access ramp
or
similar facility."
Section 2. This ordinance
shall
be published
as
required by law.

was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 20th day of JULY , 1992, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
