ORDINANCE N0, 1472
ORDINANCE EXTENDING URGENCY ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS
FOR CERTAIN OUTDOOR LIGHTING
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1, Ordinance 1458, prohibiting the issuance of
building permits for certain outdoor lighting on residential or
commercial structures, is hereby extended until January 1, 1993,
unless it is further extended or adopted as a permanent ordinance.
Section 2. Except as hereby extended, Ordinance 1458
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
21st day of September , 1992, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
October , 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: HARRISON, KNIGHT, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
