ORDINANCE No. 1474
ORDINANCE ALLOWING RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES
FOR THE ELDERLY AS A CONDITIONAL USE AND
ESTABLISHING REAR SETBACK IN THE C-3 ZONE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.0.025 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code, providing for conditional uses in the C-3
zone, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"25.40.025 Conditional uses requiring a special
permit.
The following are conditional uses requiring a
special permit:
(1) Massage, bathing or similar establishments.
(2) Group residential facilities for the
elderly."
Section 2. The first sentence of Section
25.40.040 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"There shall be front and rear setbacks of a
minimum of fifteen feet. .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
