3 ORDINANCE No. 1485
4 ORDINANCE EXEMPTING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED BUILDINGS
5 FROM SMOKING PROHIBITIONS

7 The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
8 hereby ordain as follows:
9 Section 1, Section 8.18.030 of the Burlingame Municipal
10 Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 "8.18.030 Application to city -owned facilities.
12 "Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities owned by
13 the City of Burlingame. For the purpose of this chapter, the
14 building known as the Burlingame Lions Hall shall not be
15 considered a city -owned building."
16 Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
17 required by law.

23 do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at
24 a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of
25 May 1993, and adopted thereafter at a regular
26 meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of June
27 1993, by the following vote:
