3 ORDINANCE EXEMPTING POLICE
4 FROM BICYCLE REGULATIONS
5 The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
6 hereby ordain as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 13.52.015 is hereby added to the
8 Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:
9 "13.52.015 Police exempt.
10 The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to a
11 member of the police department while operating a bicycle in the
12 course and scope of his or her duties."
13 Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
14 required by law. ti

18 do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at
19 a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
20 JUNE , 1993, and adopted thereafter at a regular
21 meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of JULY
22 1993, by the following vote:
23 AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, LEMBI, O'MAHONY
24 NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
