ORDINANCE No.1493
ORDINANCE LIMITING ANIMALS IN CITY PARKS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 10.55.035 (p) is hereby added to the
Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:
"(p) have in his or her possession or control any
exotic animal, as defined by section 9.08.050 of this code,
regardless of size."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
8th day of SEPTEMBER , 1993, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of
SEPTEMBER , 1993, by the following vote:
