ORDINANCE No. 1500
ORDINANCE AMENDING BUSINESS LICENSE
DELINOUENT DATE AND PENALTIES
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 6.04.070 of the Burlingame Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 6.04.070 Terms of licenses - Delinquency.
All license taxes due hereunder shall be due and payable
on the first day of July. If payment has not been received before
August 1, the collector shall add to each license remaining unpaid
a penalty of twenty-five percent of the amount of such delinquent
license."
Section. 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
