3 ORDINANCE No. 1504
4 ORDINANCE CONCERNING TEMPORARY RELOCATION
5 OF RESTURANTS IN URM STRUCTURES
6 The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
7 hereby ordain as follows:.
8 Section 1. Subsection 4 is added to section 25.36.038
9 of the Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:
10 "4. Any food establishment which is located in building
11 subject to the requirements of. Chapter 18.28 of this code may
12 request that it be permitted to temporarily relocate to another
13 premises during the repairs or reconstruction required by said
14 Chapter 18.28. Such a request shall be made to the City Council.
15 Fees, application procedures and noticing requirements for a
16 special permit pursuant to Chapter 25.16 of this code shall be
17 applicable. This ordinance shall be of no force or effect after
18 January 1, 1995."
19 Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
20 required by law.

regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
JULY , 1994, by the following vote:
