ORDINANCE No. 1511

ORDINANCE ALLOWING GROUP FACILITIES

FOR HOMELESS AS A CONDITIONAL USE

The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
6
hereby ordain as follows:

Section 1. Section 25.32.030-6 is hereby added to the
8
Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:

"6. In association with a church or other religious or
10
nonprofit institution, provision of temporary shelter for homeless
11
individuals or families, provided that the facility is located
12
within a transportation corridor and the use does not occur
13
continuously at any one location for more than six months of any
14
twelve month period."

Section 2. Section 25.34.030-7 is hereby added to said
16
code to read as follows:

1 117. In association with a church or other religious or
18
nonprofit institution, provision of temporary shelter for homeless
19
individuals or families, provided that the facility is located
20
within a transportation corridor and the use does not occur
21
continuously at any one location for more than six months of any
22
twelve month period."

Section 3, Section 25.36.030 of said code is amended to

read as follows:

read as follows:
