ORDINANCE No. 1520
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE WAY EXIT
FROM PARKING LOT "P" AND WEIGHT LIMIT THEREON
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 15 is hereby added to Section
13.28.010 of the Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:
"15. It is unlawful for any person to drive any motor
vehicle on the alley from Parking Lot 'P' to Laguna Avenue except
in an easterly direction; provided, no vehicle having a
manufacturer's gross vehicle weight of five tons or more shall
drive on said alley in any direction, refuse collection and
emergency vehicles excepted."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
