ORDINANCE No, 1526
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
CITY ENGINEER TO ESTABLISH MIXED PARKING ZONES
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows
Section 1. Subsection (b) is hereby added to Section
13.38.020 of the Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:
"(b) The city engineer is authorized to establish zones
combining any of the above curb markings for such hours and days
as may be determined."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of MAY , 1995, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
