ORDINANCE No. 1532
ORDINANCE ALLOWING POLICE CHIEF
TO DELEGATE CITATION AUTHORITY
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 13.08.015 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Parking enforcement officers and such other persons as
may be a.ut'r,ori�ed by the Chief of Police, including employees of
other public agencies, shall have the authority to issue notices
to appear for the violation of any section of this title or the
Vehicle Code governing the standing or parking of vehicles."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
