ORDINANCE No. 1542
ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SPI'P'IING IN PUBLIC
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 10.28.030 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
1110,28.030 Urinating, exnectoratincr or defecating in
public place or view.
It is unlawful for any person to urinate, expectorate or
defecate on any public property, or upon any private property open
to the public or in open view from public property."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
