ORDINANCE No. 1560
ORDINANCE AMENDING PARKING METER FEE PROCEDURES
The
CITY COUNCIL of the
CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain
as follows:
Section
1. Section 13.40.010
(b)
of the Burlingame
Municipal Code
is hereby amended
to read as
follows:
"(b)
The parking meter
fees shall
be in such amounts
as the city
council may determine from
time to time by
resolution."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
18th day of OCTOBER , 1996, and adopted thereafter at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of
NOVEMBER., 1996, by the following vote:
