The CITY COUNCIL of
the
CITY
OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.24.015 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
1113.24.015 Thirty miles per hour.
No person shall drive a vehicle upon any of the following
designated streets at a speed greater than thirty miles per
hour:
1. Occidental Avenue between Barroilhet Avenue and E1
Camino Real;
2. Peninsula Avenue between E1 Camino Real and California
Drive;
3. Hi-llside Drive between Alvarado Avenue and El Camino
Real.
The director of public works is authorized and directed to
procure appropriate signs giving notice of said prima facie
speed limits, and to erect the same upon the above designated
streets."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
21st day of OCTOBER , 1996, and adopted thereafter at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of
