ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AMENDING CHAPTER 13.20 TO
PLACE A YIELD SIGN AT THE CHAPIN LANE APPROACH TO PEPPER AVENUE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City has received a request to install a yield sign on the Chapin Lane
approach to Pepper Avenue, and after review of the intersection, the Public Works and Police
Departments have concurred in the request.
Se tion .Anew subsection 13 is hereby added to Section 13.20.030 of the Municipal
Code as follows:
13. Chapin Lane approaching Pepper Avenue.
i n .This ordinance shall be published in accordance with law and shall take
effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption..
