ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.20.010 AND APPROVING
A THREE-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF
OAK GROVE AVENUE AND WINCHESTER DRIVE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City has received a petition from residents in the area of Oak Grove Avenue and
Winchester Drive requesting installation of a three-way stop at the intersection of Oak Grove Avenue and
Winchester Drive. The Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission recommended approval because of the
number of school children walking to school, the speed of vehicles on Oak Grove Avenue, and the difficult
configuration of the intersection.
Section 2. New subsections (122) and (123) are added to Section 13.20.010 of the Municipal Code
to read as follows:
122. Oak Grove both directions approaching Winchester.
123. Winchester approaching Oak Grove Avenue.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
