ORDINANCE NO. 900
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING SUB -PARAGRAPH
41 TO SECTION 13.20.010 AND PROVIDING FOR INTER-
SECTION STOPS FOR VEHICLES AT THE INTERSECTION
OF PLYMOUTH WAY AND BLOOMFIELD ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: §13.20.010 of the Municipal Code is amended by
adding thereto subparagraph 41 which shall read and provide as
follows:
"41. The driver of any vehicle travelling on Plymouth Way
and approaching Bloomfield Road shall bring said vehicle to a full
stop before entering the intersection of Plymouth Way and
Bloomfield Road."
SECTION 2: The Director of Public Works is directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of this ordinance.

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published as required by
R. D. MARTIN, MAYOR
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 2nd day of September, 1969, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of September, 1969, by the following votes:
AYES: Councilmen: Amstrup, Crosby, George, Johnson, Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: None.
