ORDINANCE No. 1582
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.20.010 AND APPROVING
FOUR-WAY STOPS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF
HOWARD AVENUE AND ANITA ROAD AND AT
BAYSWATER AVENUE AND ARUNDEL ROAD
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City has received a petition from Washington School and residents in the area
ofthe school requesfing installation offour-way Stop signs at the above intersections. The Traffic, Safety
and Pazking Commission recommended approval because of the proximity to Washington School and
the speed of vehicles on Howard and Bayswater Avenues.
Section 2. New subsections (124) and (125) are added to Section 13.20.010 of the Municipal
Code to read as follows:
124. On all four of the approaches to the intersection of Howard Avenue and Anita
Road.
125. On all four of the approaches to the intersection of Bayswater Avenue and
Arundel Road,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
