REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON
PENINSULA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: §13.36.020 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding thereto subparagraph. 10 which shall read and provide as
follows:
"10. PENINSULA AVENUE. It shall be unlawful for the
driver of any vabicle to park such vehicle on the
northerly side of Peninsula Avenue between Humboldt
Road and the Southern Pacific Company right-of-way
between the hours of eight (3) a.m. and six (6) p.m.,
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted."
Section 2: The Director of Public Works is directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

1969 , and adapted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 20th day of January 1969 ,
