AN ORDINANCE AI sNDING §25012.010 OF THE B`JRLINGAN� Pi(3NICIPAL CODE
AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN
LANDS FROM A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1) DISTRICT TO A WATERFRONT
CONMERCIAL (C-4) DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. §25.12.010 of the Municipal Code of the City
o£ Burlingame is amended to read and provide as follows:
25.12.010 Establishment of districts. The City is here-
by divided into the following districts as shown on the zoning
maps attached to Ordinance 539, which maps, with all notations,
references, and other information thereon, are incorporated herei
by reference, and are declared to be a part hereof, and the dis-
tricts into which such lands and premises are classified as
shown on said maps, from the effective date hereof, shall be the
respective districts into which such lands and premises are class
ified, said districts shall be designated as follows:
First residential districts (single-family dwellings
hereinafter referred to as R-1 districts,
Second residential districts (duplex or two-family
dwellings) hereinafter referred to as R-2 districts.
Third residential districts (multi®family dwellings)
hereinafter referred to as R-3 districts.
Third residential districts (low density multifami-
ly dwellings) hereinafter referred to as R 3 districts
Fourth residential districts (multi -family and other
uses) hereinafter referred to as R-4 districts.
First commercialdistricts (retail commercial) herein_
after referred to as C-1 districts.
Second commercial districts (service business) here-
inafter referred to as C-2 districts.

Third commercial districts (professional business)
hereinafter referred to as C-3 districts.

this ordinance by reference, from a Light Industrial (M-1) dis-
trict to a Waterfront Commercial (C-4) district.
Section 3, This ordinance shall be published as

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
