AN ORDINANCE ADDING SUB -SECTION (q) TO SECTION 13,36°010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF BUR-
LINGAME AVENUE OPPOSITE WASHINGTON PARK

The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as f
SECTION la Sub -section (q) is hereby added to Section 13e
36D010 of the Municipal Code of the City of Burlingame which shall
read and provide as follows:
"(q) Parking shall be prohibited. on the northerly
side of Burlingame Avenue opposite Washington Park, a
municipal park.."
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Works is directed and or-
dered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of this ordinance,
SECTION 3e This ordinance shall be published as required by
MAYOR
I, HERBERT K, WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of
September 1971, and adopted thereafter at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of October
1971, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: 2k&MSTRUP-CROSBY®JOHNSON-MANGINI-MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
