AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §§18.04.CIL0, 18.04.030 AND 18.04.0 40 OF
THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF FIRE ZONES BY WITHDRAWING PARCELS "A" AND "B`° AND A PORTION
OF PARCEL "C" AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PARCEL MAP RECORDED ON
AUGUST 19, 1968, IN VOLUME 6 OF PARCEL MAPS AT PAGE 9, AND IN-
CLUDING SAID PARCELS "A11, "B", AND SAID PORTION OF PARCEL "C"
IN FIRE ZONE III
The City Council o£ the City of Burlingame does or-
dain as Follows:
SECTION l._ Sections 1$.04.010, 18.04.030,
and 18.04.040 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
and the Map entitled "FIRE ZONE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, RE-
VISION OF MARCH, 1956", are hereby amended by
withdrawing the real property described in Exhibit
A attached hereto, incorporated herein, and made
a part of this ordinance, from Fire Zone II and
including it in Fire Zone III.
SECTION
2.
This
ordinance shall be published
as required
law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
Oath day of July 1971, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
Auqust , 1971, by the following vote:

real property
situate in
the
City of
Burlingame,
County of San
Mateo,
State
of California,
described
as
follows:
BEING PARCEL "A", Parcel "B", and a portion of Parcel "C", as shown on that
certain Parcel Map which was filed for record on August 19, 1968, in Volume
6 of Parcel Maps at page 9 Official Records of San Mateo County, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of that parcel of .land described in the
deed to the City of Burlingame, recorded December 7, 1934, in Book 636 of
Official Records at page 482; thence along the Southerly line of said
parcel, along a curve to the left, with a radius of 3,987.50 feet, through
a central angle of 1°10'08", an arc length of 81.31 feet to the Southeast
corner of said City of Burlingame Parcel; thence along the Easterly line of
said City of Burlingame Parcel, North 27°34'00" East 94.55 feet to the in-
tersection thereof with the Southerly line of Bayshore Boulevard, as said
line is shown on the above mentioned Parcel Map; thence continuing along
said line of Bayshore Boulevard, South 60°58'56" East 41.08 feet North
27°34'00" East 5.994 feet, and along a tangent curve to the left, with a
radius of 3,887 feet, through a central angle of 4°35'18'°, an arc length
of 311.28 feet to the Easterly line of Parcel "A", as said Parcel is shown
above mentioned Parcel Map; thence along said Easterly line South 29°-07'
West 335.95 feet, South 62°26' East 50.50 feet and South 29°07' West 255.09
feet to the Northeasterly line of Carolan Avenue, as said Avenue is shown
the above mentioned Parcel Map; thence along said Northeasterly line North
62°26' West 1,072.16 feet to the Westerly line of Parcel "B", as said.
Parcel is shown on above mentioned Parcel Map; thence along said Westerly
line North 33°33'00°' East 246.57 feet, along a tangent curve to the right
with a radius of 370 feet, through a central angle of 9°50'19", an arc
length of 63.53 feet, and a tangent curve to the left, with a radius of
430 feet, through a central angle of 10°20'35", an arc length of 77.62
feet to the Southwest corner of the Parcel of Land described in the Deed
to Union Oil Company of California, a corporation, recorded July 23, 1954,
in Book 2621 at page 309, Official Records, (73176-L); thence along the
Southerly line of last said Parcel South 76°57" East 160.90 feet to the
Southwest corner of the Parcel of land described in the Deed to the Union
Oil �orrpany-of _California, a corporation, recorded September 5, 1968, in
Book 5526 at page 531, Official .Records, (72977 -AB); thence along the
Southerly line of last said Parcel, South 76°57' West 40.00 feet; thence
leaving last said Southerly line, South 62°26' East 306.00 feet; thence
North 30°26.'36" East 54.33 -feet to the intersection thereof with a line
drawn North 62°26' West from the point of beginning; and thence along
said line so drawn South 62°26' East to the point of beginning.
