APIENDING SUB -SECTION 13.36.020 (b) AND ADDING SUB -SECTION 13.3600101
(p) TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE
OF CARMELITA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Sub -section 13.36.010(b) of the Burlingame Muni
cipal Code is hereby amended to read and provide as follows:
°'(b) It shall be unlawful
for
the
opera-
tor of any vehicle to park
said
vehicle
on the northerly side of Carmelita
Avenue
between Chula Vista Avenue
and
El
Camino
Real between the hours of
four
(4)
P.M. and
six (6) P.M.i1
Section 2. Sub -section (p) is hereby added to X13.36.010
the Burlingame Municipal Code which shall read and provide as fol -
lovas
'°(p) On the northerly side of Carmelita
Avenue between California Drive and Chula
Vista Avenue."
Section 3. The Director of Public Works is directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law.
