AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
BY ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH 48 TO 513.20.010
AND PROVIDING FOR AN
INTERSECTION STOP FOR VEHICLES
AT THE INTERSECTION OF
ALVARADO AVENUE AND HILLSIDE DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: X13.20.010 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding thereto subparagraph 48 which shall read and provide as
follows:
"48. The driver of any vehicle traveling
in a southerly direction on Alvarado Avenue and
approaching Hillside Drive shall bring said ve-
hicle to a full stop before entering the inter-
section of Alvarado Avenue and Hillside Drive."
SECTION 2: The Director of Public Works is directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.
