Ari ORDINANCE REPEALING §25.32.030(3)
OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE PEP-
MITTING OFFICES OF PHYSICIANS
AND
OF OTHERS
AS CONDITIONAL USES
REQUIRING SPECIAL PERMITS IN
R-3
(THIRD RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICTS
of
July
197 2
as follows:
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
SECTION 1, Sub -paragraph 3 of §25.32.030 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Sub -paragraph 4 of §25.32.030 of the
P9unicipal Cade is hereby renumbered sub -paragraph 3.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.
