AN ORDINANCE ADDING SUB-PARPGP. PH 6 TO §25.24.030 OF THE MUNICIPAI
CODE MAKING A HOTEL APARTIiENT A COITDITION USE REQUIRING A SPECIAL
PERMIT IN R-4 (Fourth Residential) Districts
as follows:
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
SECTION 1.
Sub -paragraph 6 is hereby added to
X25.34.030 of the Municipal Cade which shall read and provide as
follows®

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be publisried as re-
guired
