AN ORDINANCE AMEPdDING §25.28.030(3)
OF
THE t4UNICIPAL CODE
PROVIDING
FOR
CONDITIONAL
USES
REQUIRING A SPECIAL PERMIT
'IN
R-1 (FIRST
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECT -ION 1. §25.28.030(3) of the Municipal Code of the
City of Burlingame is amended to read and provide as follows:
°'3. Rumpus rooms or hobby rooms in garages
or accessory buildings provided that such
rooms shall not contain a kitchen as part of
a separate rental unit, nor shall such rooms
become separate rental units, and provided
that such rooms shall not be constructed
above or as a second story to such garage or
accessory buildings."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the nth day of July , 1972, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held
