AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.12.030 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADJUSTING THE
COMPENSATION FOR THE TREASURER IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame Does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Section 3.12.030 of the Municipal Code is
amended to read and provide:
3.12.030 Compensation The City Treasurer shall receive
three hundred dollars per month as compensation for the per-
formance of his duties as prescribed in the State Government
Code. The Director of Finance shall assume all non-statuatory
duties heretofore performed by the treasurer.
Section 2. Publication This ordinance shall be published
as required by Law.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become operative upon
the next election of the person to the office herein specified
