AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH
59 TO §13.20.010 AND PROVIDING FOR
AN INTERSECTION STOP FOR
VEHICLES TRAVELING ON SUMMIT DRIVE AND
APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF CANYON ROAD
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: §13.20.010 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding thereto Subparagraph 59, which shall read and provide
as follows:
"59. The driver of any vehicle traveling
southerly on Summit Drive shall bring said
vehicle to a full stop before entering the in-
tersection of Summit Drive and Canyon Road."
Section 2: The Director of
Public Works is directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of
this ordinance.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.
