AMENDING §13.36.020-10 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
REGULATING PARKING ON PENINSULA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Sub -section 10 of X13.36.020 of the
Municipal Code of the City o£ Burlingame is amended to provide as
follows:
"10. PENINSULA AVENUE. It is unlawful for
the driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle
on the northerly side of Peninsula Avenue be-
tween Humboldt Road and the Southern Pacific
Company right -o£ -way between the hours of
four p.m. and six p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays excepted."
Section 2. The Director of Public Works is directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
