REQUIRING
EXECUTION
OF FIDELITY
BONb
BY DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE
AND FIXING
PENAL SUM
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. §3.13.040 is hereby added to the Municipal
Code of the City of Burlingame to read and provide:
"§3.13.040 Bond. Before entering upon his
duties, theDirector of Finance shall execute
a bond to the city with sufficient sureties
approved by the City Manager, in the penal
sum of --Fifty Thousand--®__®_____®___ Dollars
0--50,000 .00 conditional upon the faithful
performance of the duties of his office."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.
