AMENDING §3.52.010 (a) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
AND ADDING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT
FINANCE OFFICER TO THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE
The City Council o£ the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Renumbering Sub Section 4 to 4-l.
Sub -section 4 of §3.52.010(a) of the Municipal Code is hereby re-
numbered "4-1" and as re -numbered shall read as follows:
"4-l. The head of each department
and one private secretary to the
head of a department® where applicable."
Section 2. Adding Sub Section 4-2.
Sub -section 4-2 is added to §3.52.010 (a) of
the Municipal Code
and shall read and provide as follows:
"4-2. Assistant Finance Director.°'
Section 3. Publication. This ordinance shall be pub-
lished as required by law.
