ORDINANCE NO. 1026
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15. 04.010
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME CONCERNING WATER CONNECTION
CHARGES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
SECTION 1. Section 15.04. O10 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Burlingame is amended to read and provide as follows:
"Section 15. 04. 010. Fee for Service Installations. Fees for
water service installations shall be those provided from time to time by
resolution
of the City
Council. The
Council shall also
establish by
resolution
such other
fees, charges
and procedures as
may be necessary
for the administration of water service:'

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
