AMENDING SECTION 13. 08.040 (d)
(GREEN CURB MARKINGS)
OF THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as Follows:
Section l: §13.08.040 (d) of the Burlingame Municipal
.!Code is amended to read as follows:
"(d) Green curb markings shall be in ef-
fect between the hours of nine a.m. and six
p.m. on all days except Sundays and holidays.
The period during which a vehicle may contin-
uously occupy or use a zone so designated
shall be clearly posted and marked as deter-
mined by the Chief of Police."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
19th day of August 1974, and adopted thereafter
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day
of September 1974, by the following vote: JR1111 11-0#
