ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.20.010 TO PROVIDE STOP SIGNS ON
THE APPROACHES OF LARKSPUR DRIVE TO LINDEN AVENUE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BiJRLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City has received a petition from residents in the area of Larkspur Drive
and Linden Avenue requesting the installation of stop signs at the intersection of Larkspur Drive
with Linden Avenue. The Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission has recommended approval
because of the number of children in the area and the corresponding need to reduce speed of
vehicles near this intersection.
Section 2. Subsection 13.20.0100 of the Municipal Code is amended to read as
follows:
(1) La Mesa Drive approaching Hillside Drive;
Larkspur Drive approaching Linden Avenue;
Lexington Way approaching Bloomfield;
Loma Vista Drive approaching Skyline Boulevard;
Private Road at the most northerly end of Loma Vista Drive approaching Loma
Vista Dri
ve;
Lort
on Avenue approaching Burlingame Avenue;
Los Altos Drive approaching Hillside Drive;
Los Montes Drive approaching Hillside Drive;
Loyola Drive approaching Trousdale Drive;
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published a;

that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of July, 1998, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
