ORDINANCE
PROVIDING, FOR
A MORATORIUM
THE
CONVERSION
OF STRUCTURES
TO CONDOMINIUMS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section l: Moratorium. A moratorium is hereby placed
on the approval o£ the conversion of any real property or existing

May 6, 1974, is hereby repealed.
Section 5: Severability. If an.y section, subsection,

so ivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordi®
nance or any part thereof, is for any reason held to be unconstiw
tutional or invalid, or ineffective by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity or efa
fectiveness of the remaining portions of this ordinance or any
part thereof. The City Council hereby declares that it would
have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sen-
tence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any
one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, senR
tenses, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional or in-
valid or ineffective,

published once as required by Law.
