AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTIONS D(1) AND (2)
OF §6.36.120 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AND INCREASING THE
RATES OF FARE FOR TRANSPORTATION IN TAXICABS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as Follows:
Section l: Sub -sections D(1) and (2) of §6.36.120 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Burlingame are amended to read
and provide as follows:
"D. RATES. It shall be unlawful for the owner or
driver of any taxicab in th.e city to £ix, charge or col-
lect for a service a rate more or less than the following:
(1) For the first one-eighth of a mile
or fraction thereof, eighty cents;
(2) For each additional one-eighth of
a mile, ten cents.'°
Section 2: This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

'MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN
INCORPORATED By RECLASSIFYING LOTS 2B,
3A AND 3Br BLOCK 31 TOWN OF BURLINGAMEr
FROM FIRST COMMERICAL (C-1)
DISTRICT TO THIRD RESIDENTIAL (R-3) DISTRICT
The City Council Of the City o£ Burlingame does ordain

Section 1: 925.12.010 of the Burlingame Municipal Code

amended by reclassifying Lots 2B, 3A and 3Br Block 31 as said lots
and block are shown on that certain map entitled
"MAP NO. 1 OF THE TOWN OF BURLINGAMEr SAN
MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was
filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Mateo County on March 15, 1897, in
Book "B" of Original Maps at page 18 and 87
a copy entered in Book 2 of Maps at page
from a First Commerical (C-1) District to a Third Residential (R-3)
