AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
BY ADDING CHAPTER 25.72
(BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA
OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT
REGULATIONS) REGULATING
BUILDINGS AND
STRUCTURES WITHIN THE DISTRICT
The City Council of the City o£ Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section l: Chapter added. The Municipal Code of the
City of Burlingame is hereby amended by adding Chapter 25.72 to
Title 25 which shall read as follows:
"CHAPTER 25.72
BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA
OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT REGULATIONS
Sections: 25.72.010 Scope of regulations
25.72.020 Conditional uses requiring
a special permit
§25.72.010 Scope of regulations. The regu-
lations of this c apter shale apply within the
Burlingame Avenue Area Off -Street Parking Dis-
trict, as said district is shown and delineated
on that certain map entitled "Assessment Diagram
of the Burlingame Avenue Area Off -Street Parking
District Project No. 1969-1 Assessment District"
dated November 19, 1969, a copy of which map is
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
§25.72.020 Conditional uses requiring a
special permit. The following uses -are permit-
ted with a permit from the City Council:
1. Buildings and structures that exceed
thirty-five (35) feet in height.
2. Structures that cover more than seventy-
five percent (75o) of the total lot area.
3. Buildings that have a gross floor area
of more than 15,000 square feet."

Section 2: Publication. This ordinance shall be
published as required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
4th day of FebZua3-y 1974, and adopted thereafter
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day
of February , 1974, by the following vote:
