THE BURLINGAME MUN'ICIPAL CODE CONCERN -
IN SKATEBOARDS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 13.54 is hereby added to the
Burlingame Municipal Code regulating the use of skateboards,
coasters and similar devices to read as follows:
"CHAPTER 13.54
SKATEBOARDS
13.54.010 Use of skateboards, coasters and
similar devices restricted.
No person shall at any time ride on or operate a
coaster, skateboard or similar device on the sidewalk
or street, or on any public or privately owned parking

retail commercial district of the City."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by lata.

does hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced
t a regular meeting of the City Council held on they$"'"' day of
1975, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the day of 1975.
