AN ORDINANCE
REQUIRING
REMOVAL
OF OFF-
SITE ADVERTISING
SIGNS
FROM C-2
ZONES
T1ze CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
does ORDAIN as follows:
Section L. All roof signs, as defined i_n Section
22.03.080 of th.e Burlingame IvYunici.pal Code,
Section 2. This ordinance shall

exist in a
C-2 zone upon the
effective date of this ordinance,

removed within twelve
(12) months after said effective
date. The
City Building
Inspector shall give written notice
to the
owner of any such roof
sign, designating the final date
for its removal. It is hereby
declared that any such sign which
is not so
removed is a public
nuisance which shall be abated as
provided
in Section 1,16 of the
Burlingame Municipal Code.
