ORDINANCE NO. 1091,
DETERMINING VIOLATIONS OF ORDINANCE
CODE TO BE INFRACTIONS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame, does ordain as
Section 1. Section 1.12.010 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
is amended to read:
"1.12.610. Penalty for violation of code - Each day a separate
off�ns e.
Any person, firm or corporation, committing any act declared
by any provision of this code to be unlawful, or who violates the
provisions, or fails to comply with the mandatory requirements,
of any section or portion of this code, shall be punishable as an
infraction. Every violation is punishable by (1) a fine not
exceeding fifty dollars ($50) for a first violation; (2) a fine not
exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) for a second violation of
the same ordinance within one year; (3) a fine not exceeding
two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for each additional violation
of the same ordinance within.. one year. Each such person,
firm or corporation shall be guilty of a separate offense for
each and every violation of the provisions of this code, or any
section or part thereof, committed, continued or permitted by
such person, firm or corporation and shall be punished
accordingly. This section shall prevail over any penalty
provision contained in an
y code adopted by reference. ox• any

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of May, 1975, and adopted thereafter at a regular
