ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.36.030B
AND SECTION 13.36.040C CONCERNING
PAR'.r.ING ON PRIMROSE ROAD FROM DOUGLAS
AVENUE TO FLORIBUNDA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ORDAILd
as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.36.030B of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:
"B. EIGHT -THIRTY A.M. TO SIX P.l�. It is unlawful
for the driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle for
a period of more than one hour between the hours of
eight -thirty a.m. and six p.m. of any day, Sundays and
Holidays excepted, upon any part of the following streets
or portions of streets:
1. Primrose Road between Bellevue Avenue and
Floribunda Avenue;
2. Lorton Avenue between Howard Avenue and
Bellevue Avenue;
3. The east side of Carolan Avenue;
4. The northerly side of Cadillac Way westerly
from a point on the northerly curb line of Carolan
Avenue distant one hundred fifty-seven feet easterly
from the intersection of Cadillac Way and Carolan
Avenue."
Section 2. Section 13.36.040C of said Code is amended
to read:
"C.

four p.m.
of any day, Sundays
and holidays
excepted,
upon
any part of the following
streets or

1. The northerly side of Lang Road;
2. The easterly side of Magnolia Avenue between
Trousdale and Murchison Avenues;
3. The easterly side of the easterly E1 Camino
Peal frontage road between Trousdale and PQuchison Avenues;
4. Primrose Road, between Douglas Avenue and
Floribunda Avenue.

The director of public works is directed and ordered
to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this section."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
