AN ORDINANCE ASIENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF THE
BURLINGA14E MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS THERE-
IN INCORPORATED BY RECLASSIFYING LOTS 3 AND 6 OF
BLOCK 2; LOTS 5 AND 6 OF BLOCK 3; Aii') LOTS 3, 4 AND 5
OF BLOCK 4, BURLINGAME PARK NO. 2; ANll LOTS 11-B, 21-A
AND 22, BLOCK22, TOWN OF BURLINGAME, FROM FIRST RESI-
DENTIAL, R-1 DISTRICT, TO THIRD RESIDENTIAL, R-3 DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame, does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No.
539 are amended by reclassifying Lots 3 and 6 of Block 2; Lots
5 and 6 of Block 3 and Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block 4, as said lots
and block are shown on that certain map entitled:
"Map of Subdivision No. 2 of Burlingame Park,
California," which map was filed in the office
of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State
of California, on October 16, 1905, in Book B of
Original Maps at page 17 and copy entered in Book
3 of Maps at page 77,
and by reclassifying Lots 21-A and 22, Block 22, as said lots
and block are shown on that certain map entitled:
"Map No. 1 of the Town
of Burlingame, San Mateo County,
California,°' which map was filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Mateo County on March 15, 1897
in Book D of Original Maps page 18, and a copy in Book
2 of Maps at page 87,
and by reclassifying that Lot sometimes referred to as Lot 11-8
of said above-described subdivision of the Town of Burlingame and
designated Assessor's Parcel No. 029-251-240; all from First
Residential (R-1) District to a Third Residential (R-3) District.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be published as
