ORDINANCE NO. 1608
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.20.010 AND APPROVING
A STOP SIGN ON CLARICE LANE AT QUESADA WAY
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City has received a request from Burlingame Intermediate School and
residents in the area of the School requesting the installation of a stop sign on Clarice Lane at
Quesada Way. The Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission recommended approval of this stop
sign because of the proximity to the School and the observed right-of-way violations at the Quesada
Way/Clarice Lane intersection.
Section 2. Section 13.20.010(c) is amended to read as follows:
(c) Carmelita Avenue approaching Cortez Avenue;
Carmelita Avenue approaching Vancouver Avenue;
Canyon Road approaching Easton Drive;
Carolan Avenue approaching North Lane;
Castenada Drive approaching Trousdale Drive and Martinez Drive;
Chula Vista Avenue approaching Majilla Avenue;
Clarice Lane approaching Quesada Way;
Columbus Avenue approaching Easton Drive.
Coronado Drive approaching Davis Drive;
Cortez Avenue approaching Carmelita Avenue;
Cypress Avenue approaching Barriolhet Avenue;
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
