HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 16211 2 3 4 5 C� 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 PAI 22 23 24 25 26 27 ORDINANCE NO. 1621 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AMENDING THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS INCORPORATED IN THE ZONING CODE BY RECLASSIFYING 320 - 350 PRIMROSE ROAD TO C4, SUBAREA B4 The CITY COiJNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. The zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 as amended and referenced in Section 25.12.010 of the Municipal Code are amended as follows: The 0.427 acreas, more or less, located on the easterly corner of Primrose Road and Donelly Avenue, City of Burlingame, commonly known as 320 - 350 Primrose Road (APN 029-152-340) is reclassified from the First Commercial District (C4 - retail commercial) Subarea A of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area, to the First Commercial District (C-1 - retail commercial) Subarea B-1 of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area. This reclassification isgenerally shown on the exhibits to this ordinance. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
