ORDINANCE NO. 1724
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRLINGAME
AMENDING SECTION 15.08.072 TO CORRECT TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR
IN TABLE OF RATES OF NEW SEWER CUSTOMERS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1716 adopted rates to be charged to new customers in single-
family and duplex homes because they have no history of water usage on which to base charges.
However, the table contained in Section 15.08.072 had a typographical error that repeated the year
2004 in two columns. The fourth column should be for 2005 rather than 2004. This ordinance is
to correct that error and for no other purpose.
Section 2. The fourth column heading in the table contained in Subsection 15.08.072(a) of
the Burlingame Municipal Code is hereby amended from "Rate effective for billing on or after July
1, 2004" to read "Rate effective for billing on or after July 1, 2005".
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published in accordance with law.
